• Drafting and/or reviewing contracts of sale or sea-carriage;

 

• Assistance in disputes relating to demurrage, despatch and detention;

• Survey and investigation of incidents occurring during marine transits;

• Review of survey and expert reports presented by counter-parties;

• Adjustment of insurance claims and review of adjustments presented by counter-parties;
